
Hearing loss can have a significant impact on people’s lives, leading to reduced confidence, cognitive decline and even social withdrawal. Yet people typically wait over 15 years before acting on it. We were tasked with inspiring those who think they might be struggling with their hearing to book a hearing test at their local Boots store.
Understanding the importance of role-modelling to help change health behaviour, we teamed up with Manchester Utd icon, Peter Schmeichel, who shared his own experiences with hearing loss and set out a compelling case for the use of hearing aids. The campaign focused on earned attention across PR, social and digital channels.
